Here’s a photo I like of my father. I had just got a 50mm Prime lens for my Canon DSLR and was snapping pictures around my parents living room.
Back in Wellington, I lived near Zealandia bird sanctuary, a haven for New Zealand’s native birds. It was a challenging environment to get a photo with low light and fast moving creatures! Taken on a Canon DSLR.

I was lucky enough to be invited to photograph a rehearsal by Wellington Chamber Orchestra. I was a great evening with a real challenge of capturing beautiful music in the form of images. The performers and instruments provided excellent subjects, along with the wonderful interior of St. Andrews on the Terrace church, Wellington.
